Why Sarah joined the Committee: "As a counsellor, I know that young men are at risk of experiencing mental health issues, which they may not talk about with anyone. I wanted to raise awareness of this and provide support within the club, which we were able to do through our involvement with the Sport and Life Training program and the establishment of our Club Wellbeing Team.

I love cricket and I am passionate about improving sports performance through Mindset training, which I wanted to share with the club"

Highlight of Sarah's involvement with the club? "Having the opportunity to provide Goal Setting & Mindset training sessions to our Under 16s teams in season 2022-2023 and seeing our Under 16s Blue team win the Grand Final against the top placed team after finishing fourth on the ladder"
